On Thursday, Hollywood icon and 'Sound of Freedom' star Jim Caviezel praised leading presidential contender and 45th President Donald J. Trump, during an interview with 'Real America's Voice.'
"I also want to say to Donald Trump, then when you watch this movie, you will be at peace and at rest because you, more than anyone, have done incredible things. Jesus talks about, that you know faith without works is dead," Caviezel said, comparing Trump to King David. "But it is that. And Donald Trump, people talk about how private he is with his faith. But he is getting it done for our Lord and Savior. And, our Judeo-Christianity, if you go back to David, Trump was like that ... but he was selected by God."
This comes after Donald Trump announced a screening of the explosive new film, which focuses on a grave evil -- one of the gravest of them all. As the DC Enquirer previously reported, "Leading 2024 presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump will host a screening of the anti-child sex trafficking movie 'Sound of Freedom' on July 19 at his Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey alongside the movie’s producer and stars."
"I believe Donald Trump was selected by God Almighty, and I'm talking about the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit God. And, he, listened to the voice, and probably did not think he was the best guy, or maybe he thought he was the best guy. Because I think he is pretty great," Caviezel added. "A guy like him will be able to sit there and watch this, and feel safe and at peace. And I think a lot of people that watch this that are following God feel that way. Now, those that aren't will feel a disturbance 'why are you not going what I have asked of you with the talents I have given you?'"
"And to a lot of the Pastors as well -- including Hollywood actors, and celebrities -- that were given these incredible gifts, but they were bought, and they were paid for. But there is still a chance to turn," Caviezel remarked.
Then Caviezel turned to the subject matter of his new film -- which is child trafficking, To this, Caviezel took a courageous stand against the practice, saying, "these children represent God, they are the most innocent and like God. It's always been this way since Pharaoh and then to Herod and now but more than ever."
