'Completely Corrupt': Judge On Trump Jan. 6th Case Worked At Same Law Firm As Hunter Biden - Is 'The Toughest Punisher' Of J6 Prisoners

U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan will preside over the trial of 45th President and GOP frontrunner Donald J. Trump on four charges related to the January 6th Capital Riot according to reports Wednesday. These reports startlingly revealed deep connections to the Democratic Party and the Biden family and a tendency to punish January 6th prisoners harshly.

Not only did the reports reveal that Chutkan has been "the toughest punisher" of the January 6th prisoners, according to The Associated Press, but she also worked alongside Hunter Biden for a powerful, Democrat-connected law firm: Boies Schiller Flexner for five years per The Daily Mail. Though the outlet noted it couldn't confirm if Hunter and Chutkan were in contact at that time.

Chutkan since becoming a district judge "handed out tougher sentences than the department (of Justice) was seeking in seven cases, matched its requests in four others and sent all 11 riot defendants who have come before her behind bars. In the four cases in which prosecutors did not seek jail time, Chutkan gave terms ranging from 14 days to 45 days," per AP reporting.

The Jamaican-born judge was nominated by President Barack Obama and confirmed in a tight near-party-line vote and worked at Boies Schiller Flexner from 2002-2014. The law firm "has strong connections to the Democratic Party and then-second son Hunter Biden." Hunter reportedly worked at the firm as counsel from 2009-2014 leaving the firm the same year that Chutkan was appointed.

The district court judge has also ruled against Trump himself in a previous January 6th related case when she denied Trump's assertion of executive privilege withholding documents from the faux-January 6th committee orchestrated by Democrats and a handful of Pelosi-picked anti-Trump Republicans.

Infamously Chutkan ruled “Presidents are not kings, and Plaintiff is not President,” criticizing Trump because he didn't "acknowledge the deference owed” to President Joe Biden who denied his assertion of executive privilege.

“At bottom, this is a dispute between a former and incumbent President,” Chutkan said. “And the Supreme Court has already made clear that in such circumstances, the incumbent’s view is accorded greater weight,” implying that Trump as a former president is somehow subordinate to Biden as the incumbent.

Sean Davis, the founder of The Federalist, observed that Chutkan is none other than the then-attorney who represented the disgraced CEO of Theranos Elizabeth Holmes in a post to the X App. He further recalled that her firm Boies Schiller "hired Fusion GPS to attack Theranos whistleblowers," and that Chutkan later as a judge presided in a lawsuit against Fusion GPS brought by the U.S. House of Representatives, characterizing her as "completely corrupt."

The Daily Caller reported that the firm Boies Schiller Flexner, through partners Christopher Boies and Heather King, were connected to Hunter Biden and Ukrainian energy firm Burisma according to emails found on Biden's laptop. Heather King lobbied the U.S. Department of State on behalf of Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky and helped the company strategize handling the press and influencing U.S. officials according to the incriminating emails.

Senior Justice Department official Vitoria Toensing and former D.C. U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova discussing the selection of Judge Chutkan told audiences on Newsmax's 'John Bachman Now,' "She should disqualify herself, no question."

she better disqualify herself from this case, if in fact all this is true. Because im sure it will go to the U.S. supreme court and will be thrown out....All these so called indictments are no more than electorial persecution with no real ground to stand on. As a matter of fact special counsel should be brought up for charges for each one of these so called illegal fabricated charges.
