'Leading By BIG Numbers': Donald Trump Boasts Of Major Polling Boost After Tucker Carlson Interview Surpasses 250 MILLION Views

On Tuesday, leading Republican presidential contender and 45th President Donald J. Trump took to Truth Social to boast of his massive success in recent polls. This comes after Trump decided to forgo the first Republican presidential debate in favor of an interview with Tucker Carlson on X.

"My Poll numbers are UP since the very boring, record setting low (ratings!), Debate. Leading by BIG numbers. I made the right decision, and broke all records with the Tucker Carlson Interview," Trump posted.

Trump is precisely correct. As the DC Enquirer previously reported, a recent Reuters poll showed Trump leading his closest Republican competitor -- Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) -- by almost 40 points and this spanned the time after the GOP debates last Wednesday.

"According to Reuters, the poll showed DeSantis with 13 percent of Republican support, which is far behind Trump's massive 52 percent, which has surged by nearly five points since the beginning of August," the DC Enquirer reports.

Moreover, Trump's X interview with Tucker Carlson was among the most popular of all time. As the DC Enquirer adds, "Trump’s interview reaching over 200 million people is record-breaking because the title of most watched interview of all time used to be held by Oprah Winfrey’s interview with Michael Jackson in 1993, which reached 62.3 million views."

These are truly impressive numbers from a truly impressive man of the people. Indeed, even with recent indictments, Trump has managed to be a unifying figure for Republicans, and voters are rallying around the 45th president in record numbers. As such, Trump is in as strong of a position with Republican voters as ever. Trump is still the decisive leader in the Republican field, and he and his campaign show no signs of slipping up.

The MAGA movement is thriving, and Republican voters continue to appreciate Trump's America First vision for the nation at large. If other Republicans want to bridge the gap between them and Trump, they will need to change their strategy big league.

More impressively, Trump remains a potent force to win the presidency in 2024. The Real Clear Politics polling average has Biden and Trump neck and neck in most surveys. As such, it stands to reason that the radical, far-left Democrats would use any means necessary to gain a much-needed political advantage -- including indicting their most likely political opponent.

Trump is fighting tooth and nail for the good of America and her people. While Joe Biden and the radical Democrats are seeking to destroy our great nation, Trump's vision for America is greatness; and that makes all the difference.
