RFK Jr. SLAMS Biden For Weaponizing The Courts Against Trump - 'You Can't Save Democracy By Destroying It First'

On Thursday, independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. slammed the Biden administration for using a lawfare strategy to 'get Trump,' claiming it would come to hurt Team Biden come November. After all, more and more Americans are seeing through the ridiculous scheme used against Trump and are seeking alternatives to the failed Biden administration, a truly corrupt administration that has worked for essentially no one.

"The Democratic Party's strategy is to beat President Trump in the courtroom rather than the ballot box. This will backfire in November. Even worse, it is profoundly undemocratic. America deserves a President who can win at the ballot box without compromising our government's separation of powers or weaponizing the courts," Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said in a viral X post, slamming the egregious lawfare strategy the Democrats are using against the 45th president following his guilty conviction in the Manhattan hush-money case.

As such, the independent candidate continued, adding,  "You can't save democracy by destroying it first. The Democrats are afraid they will lose in the voting booth, so instead, they go after President Trump in the courtroom." This much is true -- Joe Biden and the Democrats are pushing for the absolutely unthinkable, and their motives are fundamentally anti-democratic -- our government exists through the consent of the governed, and that means creating a context for free, fair, and open elections.  

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. then challenged Donald Trump's record, arguing that his record on COVID and fiscal responsibility was fundamentally deficient. Of course, both of these critiques must be contextualized by the unprecedented events of 2020, and it's not clear that Kennedy Jr.'s budgetary policy is fundamentally more sound. Still, we must applaud RFK Jr. for putting politics aside to critique the Democrats for using their legal machine against their top political rival, a fact that ought to scare all Americans.

Fortunately for voters who respect the rule of law in America, Donald J. Trump remains a potent force to win the presidency in 2024. The Real Clear Politics polling average has him besting Joe Biden in nationwide polling in recent months, even though Republican presidential candidates can generally afford to underperform in the popular vote while still winning the election - as they did in 2000 and 2016. The potential for Republicans in 2024 is limitless if they effectively communicate their agenda and critique the Biden administration's 'America Last' policies. The future of our nation may very well depend on it. This means uniting around an agenda that resonates with Americans, one that champions life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all -- and that means Trump having his life and liberty to lead us into greatness.
