Donald Trump THROWS DOWN DARE AFTER FBI Raid On His Home In Mar-A-Lago, CALLS OUT FEDERAL AGENTS: ‘Release the Documents NOW!’

Former President Donald Trump gave an update on Thursday in the wake of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raid on his Florida home earlier this week — in response to remarks from Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding the warrant used to execute the aforementioned search and seizure.

“Not only will I not oppose the release of documents related to the unAmerican, unwarranted, and unnecessary raid and break-in of my home in Palm Beach, Florida, Mar-a-Lago, I am going a step further by ENCOURAGING the immediate release of those documents,” Trump said via Truth Social. “Even though they have been drawn up by radical left Democrats and possible future political opponents, who have a strong and powerful vested interest in attacking me, much as they have done for the last 6 years.”

“My poll numbers are the strongest they have ever been, fundraising by the Republican Party is breaking all records, and midterm elections are fast approaching. This unprecedented political weaponization of law enforcement is inappropriate and highly unethical,” he continued. “The world is watching as our Country is being brought to a new low, not only on our border, crime, economy, energy, national security, and so much more, but also with respect to our sacred elections! Release the documents now!”

Shortly following the raid, a federal judge ordered the warrant to be unsealed after Judicial Watch — a conservative legal action group — requested it be publicized. The Department of Justice (DOJ) now has until Aug. 15th to do so.

Following this judicial order, the Attorney General held a press briefing, in an attempt to give more details about the raid that he himself greenlit.

The release of the warrant now has been supported by Trump, the DOJ, and the judge who originally signed the document. Hopefully, it’s publicization will provide answers as to the motivations behind the operation against Trump and if it was politically motivated. Many questions still remain, however, as the rhetoric on both sides appear to be ramping up.

ERIC TRUMP PROVIDES NEW DETAILS INTO FBI RAID, SAYS AGENTS ACCESSED PARTS OF ESTATE THAT THEY ‘SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN’

The Washington Post claimed via anonymous sources on Thursday, the FBI searched Trump’s estate in search of highly classified documents related to nuclear weapons. It is still unclear, however, whether or not the documents pertained to any U.S. weapons, or any arsenals held by other nations.

“If that is true, it would suggest that material residing unlawfully at Mar-a-Lago may have been classified at the highest classification level,” David Laufman, former chief of the Justice Department’s counterintelligence section explained. “If the FBI and the Department of Justice believed there were top secret materials still at Mar-A-Lago, that would lend itself to greater ‘hair-on-fire’ motivation to recover that material as quickly as possible.”

Whether or not the Washington Post’s claim is true or not, the release of the warrant will provide much-needed transparency into the investigation currently underway into the former president and potential 2024 candidate.

AG Merrick Garland’s refusal to answer such questions following his press conference — on a warrant he personally signed off on — shows a lack of openness and should speak volumes to the American people as they enter the voting both come November.

This election will chart the course for America, long into the future. Let us hope the nation decides wisely, when they cast their ballots with less than three months to go until the people get a chance to have their final say.
