Trump Predicts Indictment Will Come 'Any Day Now' As Evidence Of Biden's Bribery Scandals Mount

On Monday, leading 2024 Republican candidate and 45th President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to explain that he expects to be indicted "any day now" in special counsel Jack Smith's case into January 6th all while Biden's various bribery scandals come to light.

"I assume that an Indictment from Deranged Jack Smith and his highly partisan gang of Thugs, pertaining to my “PEACEFULLY & PATRIOTICALLY Speech, will be coming out any day now," Trump wrote on Truth Social.

The former president went on to explain that ihe indictment was "yet another attempt to cover up all of the bad news about bribes, payoffs, and extortion, coming from the Biden 'camp.'”

"This seems to be the way they do it. ELECTION INTERFERENCE! PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT!" Trump concluded.
 

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Trump announced that he had received a target letter from Jack Smith earlier this month which is an indication that an indictment is likely just around the corner.

In addition to this upcoming indictment, Trump is facing charges in Manhattan brought by District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) and charges in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case brought by Jack Smith.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, additional charges were added to that indictment last week along with a member of the Mar-a-Lago staff being indicted.

According to the indictment, Trump has been charged with "willful retention of national defense information" and "corruptly destroying or concealing records." Jack Smith is also alleging that President Trump demanded that a staffer delete camera footage to "obstruct the probe."

In addition to these extra counts being brought against Trump, a third defendant, Carlos De Oliveira, was also named by Special Counsel Jack Smith. The indictment now includes three individuals with those being Oliveira, Donald Trump, and Trump aide Walt Nauta.

Allegedly, Nauta and Oliveira both assisted in the moving of material within Mar-a-Lago after the Department of Justice issued a subpoena for the documents to be returned to the National Archives in May. The 60-page indictment also alleges that Oliveira was the individual who was ordered by Trump to delete footage within the Palm Beach resort.

While Trump continues to be the target of multiple indictments, President Biden is having to deal with scandals of his own. On Monday, former best friend of Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, is set to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee where he is expected to reveal the president's involvement in his son's business deals.

As President Biden's potential bribery comes to light via House Republican investigations, it is likely that Democrats will do everything in their power to weaken Trump in the 2024 race.
