Wall Street Journal Suffers 46 Percent Loss In Print Readership As Trump’s Polls Skyrocket Him To The White House

The Wall Street Journal has suffered a devastating loss of 45.9 percent of its daily print readership since 2018 while leading 2024 presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump is experiencing massive gains in his poll numbers, which show Trump winning the 2024 presidential election.

According to a Statista reportThe Wall Street Journal has fallen from 1,036,000 print copies being circulated to an unimpressive 560,000 as of August 2023, a 45.9 percent decrease.

Last Monday, President Trump took to his top-rated social media platform, Truth Social, to slam the Wall Street Journal, writing, "Why doesn’t FoxNews, or the Globalist Wall Street Journal, put up the tremendous polls that are being released daily showing that I am up on their 'candidate,' Ron DeSanctimonious, & all of the others that are having a good time 'running' (but with no results!), by record type numbers."

“The Wall Street Journal is a daily newspaper, with new editions being published six days a week, meaning that this average circulation figure essentially amounts to daily readership. Extrapolating further, daily print readership stands at 560 thousand copies,” Statista reports.

CNN has been suffering devastating losses in viewership, as well. As of March, CNN dropped 71 percent in total prime-time viewers, 83 percent among viewers aged 25 to 54 in primetime viewership, and 62 percent in total day viewers.

The Washington Post, nicknamed “The Washington Compost” by Trump, has seen its subscriber count drop from three million in 2021 to now two and a half million, a 20 percent decline.

This must be music to President Trump’s ears. In 2017, Trump said, “Newspapers, television, all forms of media will tank if I’m not there. Because without me, their ratings are going down the tubes.”

On Friday, Reuters and Ipsos released a 2024 presidential election poll between the 45th President and leading 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump and President Joe Biden and, according to the poll, Trump will win the election in an electoral landslide.

The Reuters/Ipsos poll was conducted from September 8 to 14 and surveyed 4,413 U.S. adults.

The poll spelled doom for Biden as it showed Trump leading him in all of the seven most crucial states that determined the 2020 presidential election - Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, Nevada, North Carolina, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

In all seven states, Trump crushed Biden by 6 points, with 41 percent to Biden’s 35 percent, and a remaining undecided 24 percent.

If all the other states remain the same in the 2020 presidential election, Trump would receive 312 electoral votes, 42 more electoral votes than the 270 he needs to win. Biden would receive 226 electoral votes.
