WATCH: Senator Joe Manchin NUKES The Democratic Party For Enabling The Border Crisis - 'Mr. President, Declare A National Emergency'

During an appearance on 'CNN News Central' last Friday, Democrat Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) slammed his party for enabling the crisis at our southern border. More specifically, Manchin called upon President Joe Biden to declare a national emergency to solve this most pressing of disasters. We, the people, demand secure borders, for a nation without borders is scarcely a nation at all.

"It is the most dangerous thing we have, is the border security right now and a lapse of border security," Manchin told CNN, as previously reported by Breitbart News. "And, we can fix that. But when you have former President Trump saying, oh, no, we can't do that, because let's just go ahead and blame the Democrats." Of course, Trump is right to blame the radical left -- they have only enabled the growing disaster. The Democrats are the party of open borders and other America Last policies. We must put our nation first, and securing our southern border is pivotal to ensuring that America is sovereign and safe.

"Well, the Democrats let this happen. And it is time to fix it. So, we can fix this working together. But not to fix it because of politics. It is not who we are as a country. It is not what our purpose in Washington is all about." Manchin added, discussing Biden's leftward political swing from the more centrist ideas he espoused as a senator and presidential candidate. Manchin also discussed his chance of running as a third-party candidate, not fully committing to a run but not denying the possibility. Manchin stated his ultimate goal was to make centrism popular again -- an ideology that has few proponents on either the right or left at this point. 

Senator Manchin then added, "The crisis at the border is an absolute, total crisis, and it's dangerous. And we can fix it. And if not, I would ask the President, please, Mr. President, declare a national emergency. Don't let the politics destroy, basically, the border situation and security that we need at that border, and I would hope he would do that."

Of course, it is doubtful that Joe Biden will take any action. After all, he appointed his inept Vice President Kamala Harris as his 'Border Czar.' But we hope and pray that voters will elect America First candidates in the coming elections, putting their interests above that of the radical left.
