All of the counts being leveled against Donald Trump in his most recent indictment are all known now, with the 45th president facing up to an immense 76.5 years in jail just for the Georgia indictment charges.
As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, the indictments against Trump were handed down by a Georgia grand jury on Monday evening. The new indictments add thirteen counts more to the ever-growing list of charges being leveled against Trump in a bid to ruin the reputation of the leading GOP candidate.
The list of new offenses includes violation of Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) Act, solicitation of violation of oath by a public official, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit false statements and writings, conspiracy to commit filing false documents, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit false statements and writings (again), filing false documents, solicitation of violation of oath by public officer, false statements and writing, solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer (again), and false statements and writings again, per Breitbart News.
That laundry list of different counts would net the former president a maximum sentence of 76.5 years, adding to the already large total, which is now 717.5 years in prison. The charges against Trump in Washington D.C. also carry the possibility of the death penalty, though that is of course extremely unlikely. Those numbers also represent the maximum penalty on every count against him, something that is highly unlikely. However, such a huge sentence serves a good purpose of showing the absurd levels that the liberal elites will go to prevent Trump from getting another four years in office.
Trump has called the most recent indictment a “dark period for our country,” but has nonetheless vowed to continue his campaigning for the 2024 election, per the DC Enquirer. It seems that perhaps at the fourth ridiculous indictment against him, he has become accustomed to the continued attacks from the Biden Department of Justice and Democrat prosecutors.
While Hunter Biden has yet to receive any notable charges against him for his numerous foreign dealings that either used or took advantage of his father's position as vice president while Trump has had countless indictments against him over questioning the validity of an election, there’s clearly two standards of justice in Biden’s America.
