Trump Proven Right As Border Patrol K-9 Sniffs Out $2 Million In Smuggled Fentanyl In Arizona

Leading 2024 presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump is being proven correct once again as a Border Patrol K-9 sniffed out over $2 million worth of smuggled fentanyl during a traffic stop in Arizona.

Last week, Border Patrol and the talented K-9 made the discovery of over 192 pounds of smuggled fentanyl, enough to kill 48 million people, inside the doors, gas tank, and behind the seat of a car at a checkpoint along I-8 near Yuma, according to a report.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protections' statistics, the 192 pounds of fentanyl found last week is more than the total amount of fentanyl seized during the entire year of 2022 in the Yuma Sector.

“Following a K9 alert, Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents found more $2 million worth of fentanyl at a checkpoint along Interstate 8 near Yuma. The narcotics totaled more than 192 pounds, enough to kill 48 million people. #TheNoseKnows #OnePillCanKill #YumaSector,” Chief Patrol Agent Patricia McGurk-Daniel wrote in a tweet on Thursday.

"Meanwhile, in Amado, Arizona troopers discovered near 230 pounds of fentanyl and 10 pounds of cocaine during a traffic stop on June 2," according to Fox10 Phoenix.

"The DEA reiterates that fentanyl is the deadliest drug facing this country. Officials say it’s 50 times more potent than heroin and just two milligrams, or about the amount that can fit on the tip of a pen, is considered a lethal dose," the report adds.

President Trump has vowed to seek the death penalty for drug traffickers, human traffickers, and child traffickers if he is reelected to the White House.

“We also need the death penalty for drug dealers. So important. And I’d add to that human traffickers. Drug dealers and human traffickers. Watch it stop and stop quickly,” Trump said in a video announcement.

Trump also plans to end birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants if reelected to help end the U.S.-Mexico border crisis.

“As part of my plan to secure the border, on Day One of my new term in office, I will sign an executive order making clear to federal agencies that under the correct interpretation of the law, going forward, the future children of illegal aliens will not receive automatic U.S. citizenship,” Trump said.

“My policy will choke off a major incentive for continued illegal immigration, deter more migrants from coming, and encourage many of the aliens Joe Biden has unlawfully let into our country to go back to their home countries,” Trump added.

With polls showing Trump in the lead amongst all potential Republican and Democrat challengers, any potential candidate will have an impossible battle if they attempt to usurp the favorite to win the 2024 nomination.
