WATCH: Unhinged Teacher’s Union Leader Screams, Demands Supreme Court Let Biden ‘Cancel Student Debt’

Randi Weingarten, President of the American Federation of Teachers spoke at a demonstration on the steps of the United States Supreme Court Tuesday. The teacher’s union’s top lobbyist has garnered wide criticism for not only the content of her remarks but for her screaming, shrieking delivery.

Weingarten, widely known for her vocal support of shuttering schools during the COVID-19 debacle during the 2020-21 school year was lampooned on Twitter following her remarks.

The rally, held by the Student Debt Crisis Center according to Fox News, was held to support President Joe Biden’s planned move to have Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona “forgive” the student loan debts of some 43 million Americans to the tune of a $400 billion price tag.

SCOTUS heard arguments for and against the move in two separate cases the same day, and the six conservative justices were reportedly very skeptical of Biden’s thin justification through the 2003 HEROES Act.

Weingarten yelled shrilly,

“And frankly, and this is what really pisses me off: During the pandemic, we understood that small businesses were hurting, and we helped them, and it didn’t go to the Supreme Court to challenge it. Big businesses were hurting, and we helped them, and it didn’t go to the Supreme Court to challenge it.”

“All of a sudden, when it’s about our students, they challenge it, the corporations challenge it, the student loan lenders challenge it,” she added, nearly screaming.

“That is not right, that is not fair, and that is what we are fighting as well when we say cancel student debt. This is about the people, and it is about the people’s future, and it is about all of your futures.”

5TH CIRCUIT COURT DENIES BIDEN’S ATTEMPT TO PUSH THROUGH STUDENT LOAN SCHEME

Chief Justice John Roberts pushed back against the administration’s claim with surprising decisiveness as did Associate Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas.

Justices Elena Kagan and Sonya Sotomayor voiced agreement with Biden’s Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar’s challenges to the state of Nebraska’s standing to sue. This method of challenging the right of a plaintiff to bring a lawsuit is a well-known method of killing a case without ruling on its merits.

SCOTUSblog reports a decision in Biden v. Nebraska, and Department of Education v. Brown relative to the Student Loan scheme are expected by late June or early July.

Fox News’ Jesse Kelly tweeted, “The lack of self-awareness is what gets me about these people. Who told Communist John Denver that she should be a public speaker?”

Notable conservative actor Dean Cain quipped, “Colors on the sign a coincidence, I’m sure,” potentially referencing the blue and yellow coloration of the sign adorning the podium that bears more than a striking semblance to the national colors of Ukraine.
